Where can I find the status of my order?
You will receive an email soon after we dispatch your order with the tracking details. If you did not receive one, Write to firstname.lastname@example.org to know your order status.
What about international shipping?
We currently ship our products internationally! However please note it takes 7-10 business days to for international shipments.
Can I pay using cash on delivery ?
Yes! You can pay cash to our delivery person while receiving your order. We offer both prepaid and COD for payment. However, we highly recommend the prepaid option since it is the fastest.
THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT ORDER STATUS IS CANCELLED?
There are several reasons why this could have happened. It could be either from your bank or from the payment gateway. We request you to write to us with all information that you might have, like the transaction reference number, order number etc to email@example.com. We will need 4 business days to investigate the transaction. Please bear with us to help serve you better and resolve any issues you might have faced while placing your order.
What is this convenience fee that I’m being charged during check out?
Whenever you make an online payment, it needs to be securely processed and verified by a third party payment processor, who charge a small fee for this service (‘payment gateway charges’ or ‘convenience fee’). This convenience fee is calculated for all online transactions at 3% + Rs 3 + GST. This is not charged by Down to Earth. This fees entirely goes to our third party payment and service provider.
